Our courteous and caring staff in the patient accounts department is available Monday through Friday to assist you with any billing questions. Insurance coverage for your scan depends on your individual policy. Our patient accounts department will make every effort to verify your insurance coverage prior to your scans. They will also assist in pre-authorizing your scan if needed. Patient account secretaries are available to discuss any billing questions prior to or immediately following your appointment. Pocono MRI Imaging and Diagnostic Center will prepare all necessary insurance claims for you, as long as you provide the appropriate information. Our patient accounts department is always ready to help with your insurance questions. We are participating providers in various insurance programs.
