Medicare Patients: Medicare may pay for your Calcium Scoring; however you will need to sign an ABN (Advanced Beneficiary Notice). PMRID will submit your claim to Medicare. In the event Medicare denies your claim, you will be responsible for payment.

Unfortunately, most insurance companies will not reimburse for this screening procedure. If you choose to have the calcium scoring screening, the fee is $280.00 which is part of our fast pay protocol. This service is payable at the time of service. You may pay by cash, check or credit card at the time of service. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. We will provide you with a walk away statement. It will be your option to submit to your insurance carrier.
